All maintenance requests are to be made in writing, using our online maintenance request form or place a written request in the drop box in the basement. Your request must include your name, Apt #, your contact telephone #, a description of the problem your are having or request and also include if your give permission for us to go in and fix the problem if you are not home. Once we receive your request, we will call you and schedule an appointment.
